What happens to a requirement
We keep the requirement you send (what, how much, where, when and at what budget) with a reference number, and look at every one. When we can source it or get it quoted, we reply to the email you leave. To do that we may describe the requirement to suppliers, but never with your name or contact details unless you agree. Nothing is ordered or committed until you agree terms.
What we keep
The requirement you send. Contact details, if you give them, are stored apart from the requirement and deleted after 180 days. Email addresses or phone numbers typed into a requirement's text are removed before it is stored. For each visit we keep a daily visitor key (a hash that cannot link visits across days), the kind of browser or software, the referring site and the country; we keep no IP addresses.
How we use it
To run the service, to reply if you asked us to, and to understand which needs the service should cover so we can improve it. We don't sell your details or share your contact details with anyone.
